ECHO Design and Dev

ECHO(Early Cardiovascular Health Outreach) is an up-and-coming oragnization that focuses on educating youth on heart health. The team is actively working on releasing a video game, and I am a web designer/programmer who supported their website launch by wireframing, prototyping, and developing. Now, I perform website maintenence and updates as needed.

Wireframing and Prototyping

I created wireframes and prototypes for the ECHO (Early Cardiovascular Heart Outreach) website. The ECHO team is working on a video game to promote heart health to youth, and the website holds activities, music, game information, and more! I was provided with colored-in sketches of what each page should look like from Echo's illustrator. From there, I made minor modifications to support best practices, and created the mobile layouts.

Website Development

To help Echo achieve their development deadline, I assisted the web programmer by taking on 7 of the pages to develop. These pages included interactive content such as a music player, sortable activities, and dynamic content cards. All graphics were provided by Echo's illustrator, and my job was to make everything work responsively while maintaining compositions of the original drawings I recieved.
